Basic information

The products are designed to provide additional security and/or service functions and can be installed in a vehicle (automobile) with a nominal on-board voltage of 12 volts. Installation of the equipment should be carried out only in a certified service center by qualified specialists.

Warranty period

Performance of the products is guaranteed during the warranty period. In case of a warranty claim, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, free repair or replacement is carried out at the discretion of the supplier. The warranty period of the products is specified in their documentation or delivery contract (the contract has priority over any other documents). Unless otherwise specified, the warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of transfer of the products to the end customer, and if it is impossible to establish this date - from the date of manufacture specified in the documents for the product.

The supplier has the right to refuse warranty repair (replacement) if:

• the equipment is damaged as a result of non-compliance with the requirements for storage, installation or operation;
• there is unauthorized intervention in the equipment (repair, modernization, etc.) by persons not authorized by the manufacturer;
• handling is connected with the consequences of natural disaster, illegal actions of third parties, accidents and the like.

Consumable materials and components such as batteries have a separate warranty determined by their manufacturers. The warranty does not cover normal wear.

Operating and storage instructions

The products must be installed and operated in accordance with the instructions in the accompanying documentation supplied with the products.
Shelf life: Unlimited.
Operating conditions: temperature from -40 to +85 °C, maximum relative humidity up to 95%.
